Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a common digestive problem. It varies in symptoms from person to person therefore it is essential to consider an holistic approach when supporting an individual with this condition.
Thankfully, the research into gastrointestinal health has progressed over the last few years and there is a deeper understanding that lifestyle changes can be an effective way to manage IBS symptoms.
